We´ll pick you up in your hotel lobby in Cobán and take you to the Rey Marcos Caves. You can sit back, relax and enjoy the road and the beautiful views. We´ll take some minutes to appreciate nature, breathe fresh air, and continue our walking journey. Be thrilled by the hanging bridges, the lagoons, caves, and the river that goes under the caves. You´ll feel a wide variety of sensations that will make this place unforgettable. The Mayans used to believe that caves are the entrance to the infra world. This place is still used to perform some Mayan ceremonies nowadays and in some areas, we can still find candles and other artifacts.

After a day full of adventures in this magical place, we´ll enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant inside the natural reserve. It will be a country-style lunch.

On our way back to your hotel, you have the chance to relax and take a nap, or maybe you prefer to take photos of the marvelous landscapes of Las Verapaces, the time is yours. The last point in our itinerary is to take you safe and sound in your hotel in Coban.
