This incredible adventure will begin when our guide looks for you in your hotel in Panajachel or at the main dock in San Marcos La Laguna. If you are staying in Panajachel, you will take a private boat to get to the town of San Marcos. That trip will take approximately 30 minutes, and you will be able to appreciate the beauty of the lake first thing in the morning. If you stay in San Marcos, our guide will be your company until we get to The Yoga Forest, the place where you will enjoy different activities that will nourish your body, mind, and soul.
Once we arrive at the town of San Marcos La Laguna, we will start our hike uphill passing by places with nature, some colorful streets, and appreciating the beautiful views. The hike will last approximately 30 minutes. We recommend you wear comfortable sports clothes from the beginning of the tour.
At The Yoga Forest, they are experts in yoga and all kinds of wellness services for your body, mind, and soul. They are located in the back part of the town of San Marcos high up and surrounded by a lot of nature. In this place, you will find countless activities related to your well-being that you can do. From 8:00 to 9:30 AM you will be in a yoga class, at 10:00 AM, you will eat a delicious vegetarian brunch, and finally, join a ceremony from 12:00 to 2:00 PM (every week they have different ceremonies from cacao, sound, temazcal, and other ceremonies). We hope you enjoy this experience to the fullest and that it is everything you expect!
At the end of the day, after your last activity at 2:00 pm, we will start our way back to your hotel. Our guide will be waiting for you and will take you safely back to your hotel. If you´re staying in Panajachel, you will take another boat ride to get there. Enjoy the 30 minutes ride!
